Hilal Dance is a universal and healing dance with origins and roots from Africa and the Middle East.
It features holistic bodywork and natural movements which gives its us strength, fluidity, mindfulness and flow.
We learn and develop skills in creativity whilst moving with patterns and sequences. enhancing our
vitality and ease in mind and body.
Hilal Dance has a clear and strong system which helps all to develop a regular practice to dance informally or to go on to performance.
