I'm returning to Stockwell YMCA to introduce 3 workshops on fluidity and flow. We will be exploring how to present a seamless, effortless flow using our warm ups to to strengthen the legs and feet to help us glide and express the music.

We will using Classical Egyptian music but also revisiting the folkloric to keep us connected to the root of this lovely dance. There will be some surprises too.
