I am a Professional member of Foundation for Community Dance and continue to update my knowledge and understanding of Age Inclusive Dance practice within the community and community dance in general.
Since starting to teach I have become interested in what makes expert followers become independent dancers. My sessions are geared towards interpretation and sharing so that dancers gain confidence in experimenting and taking risks.
My goal is to encourage participants to create something of their own making.
More total integration than movement isolation.
