*Contemporary Egyptian Dance is a fantastic way of responding to music.

*It provides a valuable opportunity to mobilise and exercise the body.

*During each session students are encouraged to create their own space and express the music using a growing and flowing vocabulary of movements.

*As lessons progress, improvisation allows students to become  and nurture a growing understanding of their own personal style. Using the Pendulum, Scissor and Spiral in an intuitive way to express the music.
